Welcome to the Lorien Novalis Parent Library.  All parents of the school are welcome to use the library which is managed by a school parent volunteer. The library is largely comprised of books and articles that are concerned with Steiner education, anthroposophy, parenting issues, and stages of childhood and adolescence.

There is a $10 donation, and you need to register before borrowing books.  Books may be borrowed for a two week period with the option to renew after that time.  Books can be collected and returned Wednesdays, 2.45 pm - 3.00 pm outside the office.

As this library does not receive funding, contributions for the purchase of books and donation of books are most welcome.

How to use the online catalogue

Using the online catalogue is easy. Just choose the subject you are interested in from the Categories list on the right side of the page. All the resources on that subject will be displayed.

Once you have made your selection, click on “Make a reservation” at the top of the page, and list your books and let me know what day you can collect them.
